Returns 

Baylee and Brooke gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address.

• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached
• Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped with
• You have 7 days to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number

You have 7 days to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number from the date of delivery for your item to be excepted. You must submit a return request at this link https://shopify.com/71108264216/account . Please email brooke@bayleeandbrooke.com or call 770-865-7035 if you did not receive your RA . You will have the option of exchanging your items for a different size if available or given a store credit (Baylee and Brooke E-Gift Card ) as long as your item is excepted. You may be required to submit pictures of your items befoe given a RA #. Once your recieve your RA number you have 30 days to return your item or items to our store from the purchase date. You must provide a copy of the email or emailed receipt when requesting your RA . 

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 3 days of delivery at 770-865-7035.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a RA will not be accepted. Please follow all return instructions.We do not make exceptions for any reason, if you do not notify us within 7 days from receiving your item your return will nor be excepted !

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds are refunded as a store credit / e-gift card
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved for an exchange or Gift Card.

You’ll be issued your gift card within 2-5 business days if approved.
